Seriously, I've been working with this stuff for just over 10 years now. There isn't much that can be done with the product that I haven't seen, heard about or done myself. I've written numerous custom agents to do everything from print watermarks and footers to retrieving information from a database. I've even done one app that reconciled information from two different billing systems in order to produce a single bill for a customer without needing to change the back end systems at all.
